Endomet Paramin Update

Paramin has been reformulated into a capsule. For those taking Paramin, you need to take two Paramin capsules in lieu of one large Paramin tablet (old formula) and if you were already taking two of the smaller Paramin tablets, you should continue to take two capsules.

For many the “general” Mineral Balancing recommendations are 2/2/2.

For those taking extra for sleep issues, you can increase the nightly dosage to between 2-4 capsules.

For anyone on a Four Lows program, you can email me and include the amount you are currently taking, and I will update your dosage recommendations.

Of course, Paramin recommendations will be updated on every retest and new client program moving forward.

Please note Endo-Dren is also now a capsule and you can take the same amount of Endo-Dren capsules as you were taking in tablet form.

Endomet continues to reformulate the entire supplement line into capsules and I will keep you updated as these changes are made.

This is excellent as it means there are less fillers in the capsules. I will also keep you updated if they make additional changes to any of the formulas.

Contact me if you have any questions or need anything! If you are not currently a client, use the Contact Form on my home page to submit a question or request a phone consultation.
