Basic “Free” Mineral Balancing Program
While it may feel like I endlessly nag clients about the need to retest, and I have always shied away from giving any Mineral Balancing Program to anyone who has not had a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test (HTMA), there is a good reason why I do so.
Many of the supplements in a proper Mineral Balancing Program are synergistically designed to not only move individual mineral levels but also balance mineral ratios. Mineral ratios affect how all the systems in your body work, from the thyroid, to adrenals, to cardiovascular health and even fertility – both male and female.
In the past, I saw “basic” Mineral Balancing Programs being recommended that suggested supplements that were designed to address oxidation rates and other imbalances and all without the results from an HTMA.
The justification was that “most” people have this or that imbalance and therefore the “basic” program that was recommended was okay to follow.
But —- Wait on minute as that justification never sat well with me and I strongly object to recommending “specific” Mineral Balancing supplements to anyone who has not had an HTMA test.
For example, what about all the people in Four Lows, who need a very gentle and specific program and all the others who do not have what was perceived as a common oxidation rate or Na/K ratio etc. In fact, I came into Mineral Balancing with none of the “common” patterns and would not have done well on these types of basic Mineral Balancing programs.
I have also seen clients take zinc, (because “everyone” is taking zinc), and decimate their Na/K ratio because zinc is not for everyone. With Mineral Balancing I recommend zinc, (and many other minerals) in the right dosage for each of client and only after I review their HTMA results.
Recently a client asked me if I could share a basic program for someone she knew who was not ready to test but curious to start a program.
After some thought, I developed a Basic Mineral Balancing Program that incorporated just the essential supplements that anyone could “safely” take without causing further imbalances that can only be addressed by a properly designed Mineral Balancing Program developed after one has an HTMA.
So, if you, or someone you know is interested in doing the basics, click on the link below where you can find a very basic and safe Mineral Balancing Program.
And if you have not retested for a “long” time (6+ months), you can also follow this program until you retest, at which time I can update your program. No guesswork. This also allows you to continue a basic Mineral Balancing program rather than stopping all your supplements which is far more beneficial than doing nothing.
